Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, this session explores how mental clarity is deeply connected to your digestion, nervous system, and overall lifestyle. When the body is in balance, focus becomes natural and sustainable.
You will learn how to support your concentration through Ayurvedic nutrition, herbal support, daily rhythms, as well as simple asanas and pranayama practices to calm the mind and enhance awareness.
Divyangana Choudhary is an International Health Coach from India, specialising in hormone and gut health with a strong foundation in Ayurveda. She completed an extensive 1,750-hour traditional Hatha Yoga teacher training at the Isha Yoga Center in India and brings a deep anatomical and physiological understanding to her teachings.
With her integrative approach, Divyangana combines ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science—offering practical tools to help you reconnect with your body, improve focus, and cultivate long-term wellbeing.
This workshop will be held every Tuesday from the beginning of May until the end of August.
