British Rock Icons THE DARKNESS bring their ‘Dreams on Toast’ Tour to Singapore in March 2026!

Capitol Theatre | March 11, 2026 | Wednesday

Gear up for a night of outrageous rock ’n’ roll brilliance as The Darkness make their long-awaited first show in Singapore, a one-night-only performance at Capitol Theatre on 11 March 2026. Presented by LAMC, the show is part of their worldwide tour in support of their latest hit album, Dreams On Toast.

Bursting onto the global scene with their era-defining debut Permission To Land, the multi-award-winning quartet became one of the UK’s most beloved and instantly recognisable rock bands. From smash hits like “I Believe In A Thing Called Love” and “Growing On Me” to headlining festivals and selling millions of records, their impact reverberates across generations. Their debut album remains the most successful British rock album of the 21st century, cementing their status as modern rock legends.

More than 20 years into their storied career, The Darkness have never burned brighter. Their 2025 album Dreams On Toast debuted at No. 2 on the UK Official Albums Chart, their strongest chart performance since Permission To Land and the accompanying tour saw sold-out shows across Europe, Australia, and the United States. Fans embraced the new tracks with the same fervor as their iconic early singles, proving the band’s unmistakable energy continues to evolve and captivate.

Known for their spandex-clad swagger, sky-high falsettos, irresistible riffs, and tongue-in-cheek theatrics, The Darkness deliver a live show like no other… fiery, joyful, and unapologetically epic. Singapore fans can expect a set packed with new favourites from Dreams On Toast alongside the band’s multi-platinum classics.

Tickets will be available via  www.megatix.asia . For all updates, follow LAMC on social media and visit www.lamcpresents.com

About the Artist: THE DARKNESS

The Darkness — Justin Hawkins (vocals and guitar), Dan Hawkins (guitar), Frankie Poullain (bass), and Rufus “Tiger” Taylor (drums) — rose from Lowestoft to worldwide fame with their 5× Platinum debut Permission To Land, which featured iconic hits like “I Believe In A Thing Called Love” and became the most successful British rock album of the 21st century. After major festival appearances and a Top 10 follow up album, the band split in 2006 but reunited in 2011, releasing a series of acclaimed records including Hot Cakes, Pinewood Smile, Easter Is Cancelled, and Motorheart. They continued their global resurgence with sold out tours, major festival shows, a 20th anniversary edition of Permission To Land, and the documentary Welcome To The Darkness. Their 2025 album Dreams On Toast debuted at No. 2 in the UK, marking their biggest success since their debut and powering a worldwide tour. In 2026, The Darkness will embark on their largest UK arena tour in two decades, including their first ever headline show at The O2 and a major performance with Iron Maiden at Knebworth Park.
