TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
• Vouchers are valid until 31st October 2026 (blackout dates applicable).
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value.
• This voucher is valid for one-time use only, within the specified validity period.
• Reservations are subject to advance booking and availability.
• Blackout dates, including long weekends and public holidays, are at the sole discretion of the hotel and subject to change without prior notice.
• The Chill Resort & Spa, Koh Chang is a family and pet-friendly hotel. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing children or pets, as this may be subject to extra charges.
• Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance of arrival.
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior to the arrival date.
• The Chill Resort & Spa, Koh Chang reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision, at its sole discretion, and such decision shall be final and binding.

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของบัตรกำนัล

• Voucher รวมค่าบริการ 10% และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% แล้ว
• Voucher ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นหรือข้อเสนออื่นได้
• Voucher มีอายุการใช้งานจนถึงวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2569 (มีวันหยุด Blackout ตามที่กำหนด)
• Voucher ไม่สามารถคืนเงิน แลกเปลี่ยน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
• Voucher นี้ใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น
• การสำรองห้องพักต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้า และขึ้นอยู่กับห้องว่าง ณ ขณะนั้น
• วันหยุดที่ไม่สามารถใช้ Voucher ได้ (Blackout Dates) รวมถึงวันหยุดยาวและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของโรงแรม และอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• เดอะ ชิลล์ รีสอร์ต แอนด์ สปา เกาะช้าง เป็นโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรกับครอบครัวและสัตว์เลี้ยง กรุณาแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าหากท่านเดินทางมาพร้อมเด็กหรือสัตว์เลี้ยง โดยอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
• ต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก
• ต้องทำการยกเลิกล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก
• เดอะ ชิลล์ รีสอร์ต แอนด์ สปา เกาะช้าง ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• ในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาทเกิดขึ้น ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้าย ตามดุลยพินิจของโรงแรมแต่เพียงผู้เดียว และถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
