What the Day Includes

Dance Flow Meditation with a grounding circle and cacao shot.

A guided dance flow designed to:
• Move stagnant energy
• Reconnect you to your body
• Release emotions

We close with a soft integration to settle the experience.

No choreography. No performance. No judgment, as usual.
Movement, breath, and presence.

The Shift – Before & After Portrait Experience

A simple but powerful photo experiment.

You will be photographed twice:

Before You Move
Taken on arrival.
No posing. No pressure.
Instruction: “Just arrive as you are.”

After You Rise
Immediately following the dance flow.
Same spot. Same framing.
Instruction: “Stand in how you feel now.”

No forced smiles. No staged empowerment.
Just the visible shift.

Collaborative Mastermind Brunch

This is not therapy. This is not random sharing.

This is focused, conscious collaboration. We gather as creators.

Together we explore:

Women’s Art Exhibition Opening

We close the day by celebrating feminine creative expression.

Selected women artists will present their work in a short introduction, followed by an informal exhibition opening in the upstairs café space.
