Chef Chumpol Jongprai from R-Haan, the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant celebrated for elevating royal Thai cuisine to the world stage, joins Saffron, Banyan Tree Phuket's signature thai restaurant, for an exclusive chef collaboration across two evenings. Each night presents a distinct five-course menu, drawing from the finest GI-certified ingredients of the Andaman region and reinterpreted through two deeply complementary culinary philosophies.
