About the Instructors
Charlotte
Charlotte is a yog instructor at Pragya Yog School. She began her yog journey in 2017 and has been in love with the practice ever since. After experiencing how yog helped heal her own physical discomfort, it became the one habit she never gave up.
Since transitioning to full-time teaching in 2020, Charlotte has found immense joy in sharing her passion for yog. Her class style blends mellow and dynamic elements, catering to different needs and levels. With an intuitive understanding of her students, she creates a nurturing environment that encourages growth, connection, and a deeper appreciation for the practice.
Aarya
Aarya is the founder and lead teacher of Pragya Yog School, with over 15 years of teaching experience. He is a PhD Scholar in Yog and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science.
Aarya has received recognition in state, national, and international yog competitions. His teaching combines traditional yogic wisdom with modern movement science, with an emphasis on proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful practice. Every class is thoughtfully adapted to support practitioners of all experience levels, helping them cultivate strength, balance, and lasting wellbeing.
