The Practice
Learn to create powerful, intentional sound healing journeys that shift energy, open hearts, and awaken deep states of presence — whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner ready to expand your craft, and using a diversity of instruments available for you in Ashtari.

Our journey unfolds over 3 days, 3 hours per day (11am–2pm), Tuesday to Thursday.

You can book the training individually or in a small group (max 4 participants). Please note that the training is not exclusive—other participants may join if there is additional interest. You can request alternative training dates and we will accept based on availability.

You have the option to receive additional support by co-facilitating with Free, your teacher, a Yin Soundbath session after the training finishes, giving you the chance to practice and anchor your skills hands-on with a larger group.
