Our Adult Ballet class is designed for adults of all levels, whether you're stepping into a ballet studio for the first time or returning to dance after a break. In a welcoming and supportive environment, you'll explore the fundamentals of classical ballet through barre work, center exercises, and simple combinations.

Develop posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and body awareness while building strength and confidence. Each class encourages graceful movement and mindful technique at a comfortable pace, helping you improve your fitness while enjoying the timeless art of ballet.

How to Get to Sol Studio

📍 Please head to Nuanu Guest Parking (search on Google Maps).

Upon arrival, proceed to the Nuanu Lobby and present your Megatix ticket to the lobby staff. They will assist you with check-in and direct you to the complimentary shuttle bus, which will take you directly to Sol Studio.

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before class to allow enough time for check-in and the shuttle transfer.
