Begin your day with a gentle exploration of Mawun Valley Farm. We'll take a walk through the vegetable gardens, observing and harvesting fresh ingredients like spring onions, water spinach, and tomatoes.

Following this, we'll gather herbs such as mint and roselle from our remedies garden to prepare a simple herbal tea.

Together, we'll wash and prepare these ingredients in our outdoor kitchen, then cook a farm-fresh breakfast and brew our tea.

You can then choose a quiet spot on the farm to enjoy your breakfast: perhaps under the jackfruit tree, in the passionfruit garden, at the amphitheater, or with a view from the hilltop.

After breakfast, you're welcome to spend time on the farm at your own pace, observing the animals or engaging in simple activities like watering or planting if you wish.
