This week, we’re guided by Aika @Medicine.Womban — a soulful singer, sound healer, and voice alchemist. Aika holds space with warmth and depth, inviting others to reconnect with their voice as a sacred instrument.

We begin with a gentle cacao activation to open the heart, followed by a journey through medicine songs, ancient mantras, and intuitive vocal flow. This is a space to sing not for performance, but for joy, connection, and remembrance.
