ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Sugeng “Madeira” Prasetyo

Sugeng was born into a healing family in East Java, Indonesia, where ancient body wisdom was lived and passed down through generations. Immersed in intuitive movement, breath, and touch from a young age, he began a lifelong journey into healing and martial arts.

With over 20 years of global teaching experience, Sugeng developed the Cakrawala Movement—a signature blend of yoga, healing, dance, self defense, and movement. This holistic movement practice brings deeper awareness and energetic alignment inviting students into a fully embodied experience.

As a passionate yoga teacher, his sessions go beyond the physical—guided by presence, intuition, and a deep respect for the body’s intelligence. His healing offerings support emotional release, energetic balance, and reconnection to self—inviting transformation from within.

Winé Pramiyanti

An intuitive and passionate teacher, she is dedicated to making yoga accessible and deeply meaningful. Rooted in her Javanese heritage, where healing and body wisdom are part of daily life, her classes invite movement with intention—blending strength, flexibility, and presence in ways that feel inclusive, empowering, and nourishing. Grounded in intuition, knowledge, and trust, her approach nurtures self-awareness, regulation, and embodied connection.

With a love for dance and expressive movement, she bridges rhythm with inner stillness, creating a space where emotion, sensation, and breath become part of the practice. She honors the body’s innate intelligence—its ability to adapt, heal, and guide from within.

A devoted advocate for maternal wellness, she offers ongoing support through prenatal yoga, creating safe spaces for mothers to reconnect with their changing bodies. Her passion for healing in stillness comes alive through Yin and Acupressure, where energy meets rest and awareness deepens.
