Root & Rise – 4 WEEK IMMERSION (Amazona x Omni Bali) 

Welcome to the Root & Rise Experience Series Are you ready to awaken your potential and connect with a vibrant, inspired community in paradise? Root & Rise at Omni Bali is a transformative four-week programme designed to invigorate your body, mind, and spirit. Step into a holistic journey where movement, mindfulness, nature, and celebration merge and let your roots deepen as you rise higher than ever before! 

Host: Astutik Suryaningsih — hosting across the series, also featured as wellness community representative and event ambassador.

Week 1 — Contrast 27 September, 14:30–20:00 (Check-in from 14:30) | Venue: Noema
- Grounding Yoga: A slow opening session, preparing the body for the hot-cold contrast ahead. 
- ⁠Ice Bath (Ikigai): Guided sauna and ice bath rotation with the sauna master. 
- ⁠Tea Ceremony (Kembang Desa): A ceremony held as the sun sets, guided by a tea master. 
- ⁠Connection Cards: Small circles, conversation cards — kept intimate, not networking.

Week 2 — Stillness 4 October, 05:30–17:00 | Venue:  Noema
Breathwork & Stretching: Sunrise breathing and slow movement, facilitated by Omni. 
Ecstatic Dance (with OMNI): Slow movement, live soundscape backsound, décor by Amazona. 
Guided Journaling: Written prompts, private writing session. 
Sound Healing: Morning and sunset singing bowl & soundscape sessions. 
Closing Circle: Short reflection and goodie bag hand-out.

Week 3 — Move 15 October, 04:00–15:00 | Venue:  Noema
Trekking Union Guided Trek: Journey through the Jatiluwih rice terraces at first light. 
Waterfall & Forest Bathing: A stop at the waterfall, then a guided silent session in the forest. 
Tea Picnic: Relax and rejuvenate amidst serene landscapes. 
Recovery & Ice Bath: Post-trek recovery, ice bath integrated with Omni.

Week 4 — Recharge 25 October, 07:00–22:00 | Venue: Noema
Closing Yoga: Greet the day with gratitude and intention. 
Live Soundscape by Prabumi: Immersive live music set. 
Seasonal Brunch: Share nourishing food and stories with new friends. 
Long Table Dinner & Live DJ Set: Celebrate community, connection, and your transformative month.
