This Friday, join RomRom in our final event of the year before we head back in to hibernation for the rainy season.

We are celebrating in style at one of our favourite venues in the city, the sonically wonderful Speakerbox, in Thong Lor.

Kicking off at 7PM, we have all of your favourite RomRom family members in the boudoir, from the Yellow Fever & Common Ground crew slinging the finest garments and tattoos, to the Alchemi Botanics looking after your head with the usuals, as well as a gaggle of our favourite DJ's providing the musical backdrop to the room, from 7PM all night long. 

In the mainroom, we are delighted to be welcoming back Brocoli Blossom for their second appearance on a RomRom stage. If you were lucky enough to catch them at Salon Kiku during our takeover, then you'll know what they are all about - jazzy, trip-hoppy, with dreamy vocals and bags of soul, these guys are one to watch out for. They will be opening up the main stage and going live from 8:45PM

We are also thrilled to share news of another debut, an act that we have had our eyes on for a while, the wonderful Aliens On Earth: 

Aliens on Earth are a Molam fusion experimental band formed in 2023 in Bangkok. Members Add, Tub and Pat, connected musically, playing for fun after work each week and merged their various styles to create a unique fusion of Thai  Esan and western styles. Led by strong guitar melodies and danceable grooves, and jamming/ improving on in their music often calls upon the spirit of Esan and gets the audience moving their feet and enjoying the stories behind every song. A power trio whose main set up is rock band instruments, they also adapt their sound to acoustic and Thai flute instrumentals. Influences include Khruangbin, Paradise-bangkok-molam-international band Asia 7 and Esan Fusion.

Following on from these guys, we will be turning the space in to a club zone, with the wonderful Takky & Mo finishing up the line up and turning the space in to a low down dirty disco.
