🌊 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice created by Gabrielle Roth to ignite creativity, connection, and bodily wisdom. By moving through the foundational Wave—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—we drop out of the mental space and sink into the intelligence of the body.

•    20 Minutes: A finishing Sound Journey integrated into Stillness, led by Soundhealingbali, Shervin Baloorian and his co-musicians
