Daily Flow:

š Morning Sessions: Begin the day with gentle movement meditation and yoga to awaken your body and reconnect to breath and presence.

āØMidday Practices: Nourish yourself with plant-based meals and quiet moments for journaling or contemplation. You'll also receive teachings on heart-centered healing and guided practices to explore grief, emotional blocks, and reconnection.

šŗAfternoon Workshops: Breathwork and somatic practices support emotional release and deeper integration. You will learn how to feel safe again in your body and emotions.

šEvenings: Unwind with restorative yoga, sound healing, or group reflection. Evenings are a time to integrate and connect with others in a safe and welcoming circle.

We will also experience a sacred water purification ceremony at a local Balinese temple, where you'll receive blessings and participate in a ritual of letting go and renewal.

Throughout the retreat, you'll be nourished with three plant-based meals per day, unlimited herbal tea, and the space to just be ā without the need to fix, perform, or explain.

Donna is a dedicated yoga teacher and astrologer with a background in remedial massage therapy and mentoring. Living in Bali and India since 2016, Donna combines her spiritual depth and nurturing energy to support people in personal, spiritual, and professional growth. Her approach is both intuitive and empowering, helping you find your own rhythm and truth.
Revati Pao IĀ brings over 19 years of experience in embodied healing and awakening practices. With a background in meditation, pranic healing, color therapy, and awakening psychology, she offers grounded, compassionate support for transformation. Revati's work integrates Eastern wisdom with practical insight into resistance, trauma, and the realities of healing in modern life. Her teaching is warm, intuitive, and deeply present.
Together, they hold space with deep care, experience, and non-judgment, meeting each person exactly where they are.
