A Space of Sound, Movement & Reflection

Under the energy of the Lion’s Gate, we gather to slow down and turn inward. This is a moment to honour what the past six months have taught you, gently release what you’re ready to leave behind, and reconnect with the version of you that is ready to emerge.

Through journaling, meditation, sound, and intuitive movement, you’ll be guided back into clarity, presence, and embodied intention for the months ahead.

The Journey

✨ Opening Circle (20 min)

• Arrival meditation & grounding

• Welcome and introductions

• Setting intentions for the journey

  We begin by arriving fully into the space and into ourselves. Together, we soften, breathe, and open to what is ready to be seen, felt, and released.

📖 Reflection Journey (20 min)

Journaling Focus:

• Reflect on the past six months

• Acknowledge lessons, gratitude, and challenges

• Release limiting beliefs and patterns

• Set intentions for the next six months

• Connect with how you want to feel and what you wish to embody

❤️ Heart Meditation (10 min)

A guided heart-centered meditation to integrate your reflections, release the old, and plant your intentions with gratitude.

🎶 Sound Journey (30 min)

Relax into an immersive self-sound experience designed to calm the nervous system, deepen awareness, and create space for inner clarity.

💫 Intuitive Movement Journey (40 min)

Move without choreography or expectation.

Through breath, gentle movement, and free expression, explore release, courage, trust, authenticity, and joy. Your body becomes the guide.

🌿 Integration & Sharing Circle (30 min)

We close by honouring the space we’ve created together, integrating the experience, and carrying its essence forward with care and presence.
