Title: The Hike Call x 108 — Recovery & Rise

Description:
Join The Hike Call and 108 Gym for an afternoon of recovery, movement, and camaraderie—designed to replenish your body, sharpen your mind, and fuel your next adventure.

Schedule:
- 13:15 — Arrive at 108 Gym  
- 13:30 — Breathwork + Contrast Therapy (sauna & ice bath optional) — 90 minutes  
- 15:00 — Mobility + Light HIIT — 60 minutes  
- 16:15 — Hike to the peak — finish with food & drinks at the summit

What to expect:
- A guided breathwork session to calm the nervous system and reset focus.  
- Contrast therapy options (sauna and optional ice bath) to accelerate recovery and boost circulation.  
- A mobility and light HIIT session to prime your body for the trail.  
- A scenic group hike to a nearby peak where we’ll relax, eat, and connect.  
- A supportive, social atmosphere — ideal for everyone from weekend warriors to seasoned hikers.  
- Great opportunity to meet fellow adventurers; 10–15 people join our hikes regularly.

Bring:
- Comfortable workout clothes, hiking shoes, a water bottle, and a light snack for the trail.  
- Towel and a change of clothes if you plan to use the sauna or ice bath.  
- Positive energy and a sense of community!
