RE:BIRTH is offered as 2-Day Silent Detox, Meditation, Yoga Retreats on weekdays and weekends from Sept 25 to Oct 22.
Who is it for?
If you are seeking clarity and balance in life, you will benefit from the detox practices, silence, meditation and yoga.
Additionally Yoga Teachers will gain a 20 hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education certificate.
What will you gain?
You will learn yogic practices to detox your body-mind by yourself at home; and leave the retreat being able to sit in silent meditation for an hour without the need for guidance. And of course, like-minded friends as well as the option for continued 1:1 Coaching.
