Tickets cannot be purchased online. All tickets must be purchased directly through the school office in cash only.

External Guest Information

External Guest Tickets (Plus Ones) are strictly for guests aged 15–19 connected to a PBISS student. External guests must arrive with a current PBISS student. Former/ex-PBISS students may attend without accompaniment. Valid ID may be requested. Photos/screenshots of ID will not be accepted; live video verification may be accepted instead. Entry may be refused if requirements are not met.

Hosted at the stunning Meliá Koh Samui, this year’s prom promises a sophisticated atmosphere, incredible entertainment, and memories that will last long after the night ends.

The Student Council has unanimously agreed that the overall atmosphere and presentation of the event must reflect a formal and elegant standard, creating a truly memorable experience for all attendees.

Dress Code

This is a strict formal black tie event.

All attendees are expected to dress appropriately, elegantly, and in keeping with the End of Year Ball theme. Dress code enforcement will apply to ensure the event maintains a sophisticated and respectful atmosphere throughout the evening.

Ticket Eligibility

Ticket access will initially open to students in Year 9 and above only.

If capacity allows, remaining tickets may later become available to lower year groups after June 8th.

Each student may invite one external guest (plus one). External guests must:

• Be a minimum of 15 years old

• Provide valid identification upon entry

• Be connected to a specific PBISS student

External tickets may not be sold to PBISS students.

Each student is entitled to one ticket only. Students may purchase one additional ticket on behalf of another eligible student; however, the student’s details must be provided at the time of purchase so the ticket can be registered correctly within the system.

Any student already associated with an additional ticket will not be eligible to independently purchase another ticket later. Additional tickets may not be purchased on behalf of Year 8 students.

Ticket Collection & Distribution

Tickets are available for purchase through the school office only.

This Megatix system will be used to:

• Register attendees

• Store attendee information

• Distribute official digital tickets following payment confirmation

Students are advised to ensure all registration details are submitted correctly at the time of purchase to avoid delays in ticket delivery.

Please note:

• All ticket sales are cash only

• Payments must be completed directly in the school office

• No online payments are accepted

Important Information

• One ticket allocation per student

• Strict school policies apply throughout the event

• Illegal substances, vaping, alcohol, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with event rules will not be tolerated

• All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow students, staff, venue personnel, and guests

• Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who fail to comply with event policies or dress code requirements

• Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including significant event or venue changes. However, event management reserves the full right to approve or refuse any refund request at their discretion
