BOA Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy for the tickets sold online
1. Scope
1.1. These Operator Terms apply to all tickets sold for events organized by Boys in Bangla Co., Ltd. (brand: BOA) through Megatix and its sales channels.
1.2. These Operator Terms form part of and are incorporated by reference into the Ticketing Agreement dated 9 December 2025 between Boys in Bangla Co., Ltd. as the Operator and Vertigrate (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Megatix) as the Ticketing Agent.
1.3. All time references in this Policy are based on the scheduled event start time in Thailand local time (ICT).
1. Customer-initiated cancellations and refunds
2.1. More than 48 hours before the scheduled event start time:
– The Customer may request a refund.
– The Customer is entitled to a refund of 100% of the Ticket Price (face value of the ticket, including VAT, excluding Booking Fee and payment processing / transaction fees).
2.2. Between 24 and 48 hours (inclusive) before the scheduled event start time:
– The Customer may request a partial refund.
– The Customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the Ticket Price.
2.3. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled event start time, on the day of the event, or in case of no-show:
– Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
– No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
2.4. In all cases of customer-initiated cancellations or changes of mind under clauses 2.1–2.3:
– the Booking Fee charged by Megatix is non-refundable;
– payment processing / transaction fees and any related bank charges are non-refundable;
– refunds, where applicable, are calculated on the Ticket Price only.
1. Event cancellation or postponement by the Organizer
3.1. Full cancellation of the event
If the event is cancelled in full by the Organizer and not rescheduled:
– the Customer is entitled to a refund of 100% of the Ticket Price and the Booking Fee previously paid;
– the Customer will receive a full refund of the amount effectively paid for the ticket through Megatix (excluding any foreign exchange differences or bank charges outside Megatix’s control);
– any payment processing / transaction fees related to the original purchase shall be borne by the Organizer and shall not be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
3.2. Postponement / rescheduling of the event
If the event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date or time:
a) Existing tickets remain valid for the new date or time; and
b) If a Customer is unable to attend on the new date or time and notifies Megatix within 7 days after the official announcement of the change (or before the new event date, whichever comes first), the Customer may request a refund as follows:
– if the event is considered cancelled for that Customer, the Customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with clause 3.1.
3.3. The Organizer authorises the Ticketing Agent (Megatix) to process refunds to Customers in accordance with this Policy and the applicable consumer protection laws of Thailand.
1. No-shows
4.1. A “no-show” is a case where a Customer does not attend the event and has not requested a refund within the time limits set out in clause 2.
4.2. In case of no-show, tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
1. Non-refundable fees
5.1. For any refund initiated by the Customer (change of mind, personal reasons, schedule conflicts, etc.) the Booking Fee and payment processing / transaction fees are non-refundable and remain payable by the Customer.
5.2. For refunds resulting from full cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the Ticket Price and Booking Fee as stated in clause 3.1; any loss related to payment processing / transaction fees shall be borne by the Organizer.
1. Contact and procedure
6.1. All refund requests must be submitted through the Megatix platform or via Megatix customer support channels, as specified by Megatix.
6.2. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase, subject to the processing times of Megatix and the relevant financial institutions.
