Nervous System Reset is an invitation to finally give your mind a break.

Through breathwork, self-reflection and immersive live handpan music, we’ll explore what keeps us stuck in stress, step out of constant activation for a while, and create more inner space for calm, connection and joy.

What to Expect:
A 2.5-hour experiential journey combining guided breathwork, awareness and self-reflection practices, immersive live handpan music, and opportunities for sharing and connection.

Who Should Avoid this Workshop:
The workshop includes guided breathing practices and may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions. If you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular, neurological or respiratory condition, please let the facilitator know before the session so the practices can be adapted where appropriate.

About the Facilitator:
Pablo is a Handpan Player and certified Yoga Wellness Instructor, accredited by the Government of India (400 hrs) and Yoga Alliance (200 hrs + 50 hrs). Through his journey, he discovered the profound benefits of both breathwork and handpan music. Inspired by their transformative power, he now combines them to guide others on a unique healing journey toward greater balance and inner peace.
