Module 2: Fluid Flow
In this two-part workshop series, we will explore how mobility and fluidity can enhance our time on the mat, make our practice more sustainable and fun, and most importantly, get to feel lighter and stronger in our body in very simple ways. Both of these workshops complement each other, but can be done individually as well.
Module 2 is going to make your asana practice more dynamic, creative, and visceral. We will look at movement and flow from a place of stronger integrity, using some very simple yet intelligent cues and ideas that will elevate your fluidity, freedom of breath, strength and stability, and a deeper awareness of your body. This way of moving becomes more inclusive for everyone, and adaptable to soften or strengthen depending on what we want to explore. Get ready to go deeper within and feel everything so much more!
Come join us on September 10th for Motion is Lotion: Fluid Flow, and go on a deeper journey within!
