• การเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์:
  • ขนมไหว้พระจันทร์แบบดั้งเดิม: อายุการเก็บรักษา 30 วัน ควรเก็บในที่แห้งและเย็น
  • ขนมไหว้พระจันทร์ไส้คัสตาร์ด และ เจลลี่: อายุการเก็บรักษา 7 วัน ต้องแช่เย็น
  • ขนมไหว้พระจันทร์เจลลี่ลิมิเต็ด: รับประทานแบบเย็นเท่านั้น ควรบริโภคภายใน 7 วัน
• Product Care:
  • Traditional mooncakes: 30-day shelf life, store in cool, dry conditions
  • Custard & Jelly mooncakes: 7-day shelf life, refrigeration required
  • Limited Edition Jelly: Cold serving only, consume within 7 days

เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด (Terms & Conditions)

1. การรับสินค้า: บัตรกำนัลนี้ใช้สำหรับรับขนมไหว้พระจันทร์ ณ ห้องอาหารไบยุน หรือ ห้องอาหารร่มไทร โรงแรมบันยันทรี กรุงเทพ ระหว่างวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม – 6 ตุลาคม 2568 และที่จุดขายภายนอกตามที่กำหนด โปรดสั่งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 วันเพื่อเตรียมสินค้า
2. การใช้บัตรกำนัล: บัตรกำนัลทุกใบต้องชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนล่วงหน้า และต้องนำบัตรกำนัลหรือรหัสคำสั่งซื้อมาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ในวันรับสินค้า หากไม่สามารถแสดงบัตรกำนัลได้ โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้บริการ
3. ไม่สามารถคืนเงิน/แลกเปลี่ยนได้: บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถขอคืนเงิน เปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาใช้งานได้
4. การใช้ในครั้งเดียว: บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สามารถใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว และกล่องขนมทั้งหมดในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกันต้องรับพร้อมกัน ไม่สามารถแยกรับได้
5. ค่าจัดส่ง: หากต้องการจัดส่ง โปรดติดต่อทีม Dining Concierge เพื่อสอบถามค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการกำหนดค่าจัดส่งตามระยะทาง
6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข: โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

1. Redemption: Vouchers are valid for collection of mooncakes at Bai Yun or Romsai restaurants at Banyan Tree Bangkok from 8 August – 10 October 2025, or at designated off-site outlets. Please place orders at least two (2) days in advance to ensure availability.
2. Voucher usage: All vouchers must be fully prepaid. Guests must present the e‑voucher or order number upon collection; failure to do so may result in refusal of service.
3. No refunds or cash conversion: Vouchers are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions or discounts. Extensions beyond the validity period are not permitted.
4. Single-use only: Each voucher is valid for a single transaction, and all mooncake boxes purchased under the same order must be collected at the same time.
5. Delivery service: Delivery is available upon request; additional charges apply. Please contact the Dining Concierge team for details.
6. Changes: The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions without prior notice.
