Mana Movement for Daily Rituals
Mana Movement for Daily Rituals
Move Through What Words Can't Reach
You already understand yourself. You've read the books, done the reflecting, named your patterns — and still, some things don't shift. That's not a failure of effort or insight. It's simply that the part of you running most of the show doesn't speak in words. It speaks in the body, in sensation, in movement. And that's where this workshop begins.
Everyday Ritual is a three-hour journey that pairs Mana Movement — a fluid, nonlinear movement practice — with the psychology and symbolism underneath it. Led by Katerina (Kat), a somatic therapist and Jungian-trained psychologist, it's an invitation to stop analysing yourself from the neck up and finally move what's been waiting underneath to be felt.
What we'll do together:
We begin gently, arriving into the space and into the body, setting a frame for the hours ahead. From there you'll be guided through a first round of Mana Movement — no choreography to master, no steps to get right, just your own body invited into free, organic motion. You move before you understand, so the experience lands in you directly rather than as an idea.
Then we make sense of it. Katerina (Kat) will introduce the symbolic language at the heart of this work — the elemental shapes of the point, circle, sphere, wave, spiral, and torus — and what each one reveals about how we move through life: the loops we repeat, the waves we resist, the spirals that return us to the same lesson from a little deeper each time. You'll come to see nonlinear movement not as exercise, but as a doorway to the parts of yourself that thinking alone can't reach.
Finally, you'll return to movement — a longer, deeper sequence — now with this symbolic awareness alive in your body. The same practice, experienced with new eyes. We close in a circle of gentle sharing and integration, and you'll leave with a simple, repeatable ritual to carry the practice into ordinary life. Hence the name: not a one-time experience, but a doorway you can keep walking through.
What you may gain:
A felt sense of what your body has been trying to tell you. A new language — visual, symbolic, embodied — for patterns you may have only ever thought about. Release of tension and emotion that words never quite discharge. And a practical, personal ritual you can return to at home, long after the workshop ends. Many people leave lighter, clearer, and reconnected to a part of themselves they'd forgotten was there.
Practical information:
Duration: 3 hours
What to bring: comfortable clothing you can move freely in, a water bottle, and an open, curious mind. Movement is barefoot; everything else is provided.
Preparation: None required. Come as you are. If possible, arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
No experience needed: this is not a dance class and there are no steps to learn. Every body and every level of movement experience is welcome.
Who it's for:
This workshop is for you if you're drawn to self-understanding but sense that insight alone hasn't been enough — if you've done the inner work in your head and are ready to feel it in your body. It's especially resonant for those exploring somatic, feminine, and embodied practices for the first time, and for anyone curious about the meeting point of psychology, movement, and symbolism. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or simply curious, you'll find a doorway here.
Come move through what words can't reach.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Kat is a somatic therapist and Jungian-trained psychologist who helps people reach the part of themselves that talking never touches. She did the classical training — then watched her own patterns quietly repeat until she went below words, into body, dream, and symbol. That is what finally changed her life. Her work rests on one reframe: you are not broken, only unlived — and the part you fight is trying to be heard. Based in Bali, she co-creates Mana Movement and Pathways of Life.
