FAQ - Mamaka Fun Run 

General 

1. What is the registration fee for the Mamaka Fun Run?

Pre-sale tickets:

• 5K: IDR 200,000

• 10K: IDR 300,000

Regular tickets:

• 5K: IDR 300,000

• 10K: IDR 400,000

100% of proceeds will be donated to Bali Children Foundation to support school upgrades in Bali's remote areas.

2. When does the registration close?

Registration closes on Saturday, 25 October at 5 PM (Bali time UTC+8).

3. Can I register on the day of the event?

No, we encourage registration before the event. 

4. What is included in the registration fee?

Full donation for Bali Children Foundation, medallion, race kit:BIB number and timing, t-shirt, merchandise.

Registration Process

1. How do I register for the Mamaka Fun Run?

You can register yourself via Megatix link.

2. Can I register as a team?

Unfortunately, team registration is not available for this event. It is an individual running race.

3. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

We apologize, but registration transfers are not possible.

4. When and where the race kit collection? 

Race Kit Collection: 24 - 25 October, 9 AM - 5 PM at Mamaka

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers as payment methods.

2. Is there a refund policy?

Please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Race Day Information

1. Where will the race start and finish?

• Gates open: 5:00 AM

• 10K Race:

  • Flag-off: 6:00 AM

  • Cutoff time: 8:00 AM (2-hour limit)

• 5K Race:

  • Flag-off: 6:30 AM

  • Cutoff time: 7:30 AM (1-hour limit)

2. Will there be bag drop facilities available?

We apologize,  we cannot offer bag drop services for this event. Participants should plan accordingly and take responsibility for their personal items.
