Living Legend: A Mythopoetic Manifestation™ Journey Into Who You’re Becoming

03:00pm, Tue 22nd Sep 2026 - 05:00pm, Tue 22nd Sep 2026

Mythopoetic Manifestation™ is the practice of calling your life into alignment with the deeper story your soul came here to live. Rather than approaching mythology as something to study, this workshop invites participants to experience myth as a living, embodied language for self-discovery, transformation, and authentic expression.

Each workshop centers on a single myth and guides participants through the Mythopoetic Manifestation™ process of remembering themselves through story, symbol, and sensation. Through guided movement, somatic embodiment, storytelling, reflective writing, visualization, and group inquiry, participants step inside the myth—not as observers, but as active participants—discovering how its archetypes, themes, and emotional landscapes are already unfolding within their own lives.

Rather than asking, "What does this story mean?" we ask, "How is this story already living through me?"

As participants embody the myth, they begin to recognize the patterns, thresholds, and possibilities shaping their current season of life. The workshop concludes by translating symbolic insight into grounded, practical action, offering participants meaningful ways to carry the wisdom of the myth beyond the workshop and into everyday life.

Participants can expect an experience that is imaginative, reflective, and deeply embodied—one that blends movement, mythology, ritual, and creative inquiry to cultivate greater self-awareness, personal agency, and a renewed relationship with their own unfolding story.

Hannah Goldberg is a Mythic Living Guide, writer, yoga teacher, and embodiment facilitator whose work bridges movement, mythology, storytelling, and transformational practice. She is the creator of Mythopoetic Manifestation™, an integrative approach that combines somatic awareness, archetypal psychology, ritual, and narrative inquiry to help individuals navigate life transitions, cultivate authentic self-expression, and reconnect with their deepest sense of purpose.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Dance from The College of William & Mary and a 500-hour yoga teacher certification in Baptiste, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. For more than 15 years, she has taught yoga, movement, meditation, and embodiment practices in studios, schools, retreats, theatres, and private settings throughout the United States, Europe, and Bali, Indonesia.

Drawing from contemporary coaching methodologies and ancient wisdom traditions, Hannah's teaching emphasizes the intelligence of the body and story as pathways to transformation. Whether leading classes, facilitating workshops, or guiding private sessions, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, strengthen self-awareness, and embody lasting change with greater authenticity, confidence, and purpose.
