📣 Ticket Purchase Information

  1. In accordance with Article 9, “Applications and Handling Fees for Ticket Refunds and Exchanges,” of the “Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions of Standard Contracts for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets” established by the Ministry of Culture, the organizer adopts Refund Policy Option 2. Consumers may request a ticket refund or exchange within 3 days after the date of purchase, excluding the purchase date. Refund or exchange requests will not be accepted from the 4th day after purchase. For tickets that have not been collected, the date of receipt of the refund request shall apply; for collected tickets, the postmark date shall apply. A handling fee of 5% of the ticket face value will be charged for refunds.
  2. For tickets purchased within 10 days before the event, if the ticket has not been used and the event has not been cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, customers who apply for a credit card chargeback will receive a refund of 10% of the ticket price, excluding ticket collection fees. In accordance with the Ministry of Culture's ticket refund regulations, the remaining 90% is non-refundable and covers the reservation of your ticket, administrative processing costs, and costs associated with ensuring that the event proceeds as scheduled without changes.
  3. Please do not purchase tickets through unauthorized ticketing channels, websites, or unknown sources, as doing so may jeopardize your rights and interests.
  4. Please keep your ticket safe. Tickets that are damaged, lost, or difficult to identify clearly cannot be reissued and will not be accepted for admission.
  5. This event does not use a real-name ticketing system. Admission is available upon presentation of the ticket or QR Code. After ticket verification, an event wristband will be provided.
  6. Once an order has been confirmed, if you wish to change the event date or ticket type, please apply for a refund and purchase a new ticket. Please refer to the refund policy on this page.
  7. Single-day GA Accessibility Tickets are available for purchase at the event venue only and are provided for persons with disabilities and their accompanying persons. Please refer to the relevant regulations for details.
  8. We encourage everyone to help combat ticket scalping. Any resale of tickets above the original ticket price or listed price for purposes other than personal use violates Paragraph 2, Article 10-1 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act. Violators may be fined 10 to 50 times the ticket face value or listed price, calculated according to the number of tickets involved.
  9. This event does not provide a performance fulfillment guarantee or payment protection mechanism.

 

🚫 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited inside the venue:

  1. In accordance with requirements of the Civil Aeronautics Administration, fireworks, balloons, drones, and laser pointers are prohibited inside the venue. Violators may be subject to penalties under applicable regulations.
  2. Umbrellas of all types, flagpoles, telescopic selfie sticks, stools, chairs, lounge chairs, folding chairs, tents, knives, clubs, glass bottles, and any items that may be used as weapons or cause harm.
  3. Any illegal substances, drugs, flammable materials, explosives, pressurized spray cans, and items with unclear or unidentified contents.
  4. All cigarettes, whether opened or unopened, cigars, matches, lighters, e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products, and e-liquids. Designated smoking areas and tobacco products will be available inside the venue.
  5. All food and beverages, including betel nuts, chewing gum, tea bags, candy, chocolate, and similar items.
  6. All containers, including water bottles, thermos bottles, food storage containers, ice buckets, and similar items.
  7. Liquid products exceeding 100 ml, including eye drops, perfume, and similar products.
  8. Large professional photography equipment, except equipment approved by the organizer.

※ The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation. Any person found carrying prohibited items will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited such items.

 

✋ Wristband Rules

  1. Upon entry, attendees will be provided with the appropriate wristband. Wristbands will be used for identification throughout the venue. Please keep your wristband on at all times. Anyone found inside the venue without the required event wristband may be charged the ticket price announced at the venue.
  2. Attendees holding a two-day ticket will receive one two-day wristband. Please keep the wristband on after the first day and do not remove it. Upon entering on the second day, you must present the wristband for verification. If the wristband shows signs of being removed, damaged, or is incomplete, admission will be denied and a new ticket must be purchased.
  3. Re-entry is not permitted during the event. If you leave the venue during the event, your wristband will be cut. A new ticket must be purchased if you wish to re-enter.

 

⚠️ Important Information

  1. Attendees must be at least 7 years old to participate in this event. This is not a children's program and there are no children's ticket prices. Each person requires one ticket and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for assessing whether the event is suitable for their children.
  2. Identification documents will be checked upon entry. Please bring a valid government-issued physical identification document, such as a national ID card, driver's license, or passport. Only physical documents will be accepted.
  3. Please drink responsibly at the venue and follow the principle of “Don’t drink and drive.” If you have been drinking, please use public transportation when leaving the venue.
  4. Police officers will patrol the venue to ensure safety. If you notice any suspicious, dangerous, or rule-breaking behavior, or if you feel unwell, please immediately notify the nearest staff member or seek assistance at the medical station.
  5. If the organizer discovers any violation of the rules or behavior that seriously disrupts or disturbs others, the organizer reserves the right to require the individual to leave the venue and prohibit re-entry. No ticket refund will be provided in such cases.
  6. To ensure smooth transportation to and from the venue, public transportation is recommended. Free shuttle bus services will also be provided.
  7. For venue safety, security personnel and staff will conduct bag inspections and body checks upon entry.
  8. Telescopic selfie sticks may not exceed 30 cm in length when fully extended. Please use them carefully and be mindful of the safety and viewing experience of others. If a selfie stick causes inconvenience to others, the organizer reserves the right to confiscate it without return.
  9. If you are carrying prescription or medical medication, it must be clearly labeled and accompanied by documentation confirming its use. On-site medical personnel will assess whether the medication may be brought into the venue.
  10. The stages will feature multiple laser lighting systems and water spray effects. For your safety, please take extra care and avoid looking directly into laser lights.
  11. Bags exceeding 30 × 30 × 15 cm and all luggage must be deposited at the cloakroom outside the venue.
  12. Pets are not permitted inside the venue, except for service dogs.
  13. Live streaming, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited. Violators may have the recorded content deleted and may be asked to leave the venue.
  14. Standing on chairs, throwing objects, or obstructing the viewing experience of others is prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the venue.
  15. After the event, any found identification documents, National Health Insurance cards, bank or credit cards, and other lost items will be collected and organized by the organizer. Information regarding lost and found items will be announced through the official Facebook and Instagram accounts after the event.
  16. In the event of natural disasters or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to make temporary adjustments or terminate the event and/or modify the artist lineup, and will handle any applicable ticket refunds in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  17. In accordance with Item 3 of the “Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions of Standard Contracts for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets,” the organizer guarantees the performance content stated in the advertising materials. If a major performance or major program content is changed, consumers may request a full refund before the performance. If there are changes to the program or performances, the organizer will announce the details and reasons for the changes on the official website as soon as possible and announce the refund procedure within 7 days after the announcement. Refunds will be completed within 90 days after a refund application is submitted. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day. Please refer to the ticketing platform's refund instructions for refund details.
  18. This event accepts credit card payments. If the event is cancelled, postponed, or there is a change to a major performance, major program, or major performing artist, and the organizer refuses to provide a refund, customers may apply for a credit card chargeback through their card-issuing bank.
  19. The organizer will photograph and record the event. By entering the venue, attendees agree to the use of their likeness and authorize the organizer to use such images and recordings in connection with the event, including on venue screens, electronic media, websites, and social media platforms.
  20. Single-day GA Accessibility Tickets and accompanying tickets are available at the event venue only. Eligible attendees may purchase GA tickets at 50% of the regular on-site GA ticket price.
  21. To purchase an Accessibility Ticket, the attendee must hold a valid Disability Identification Card issued by the Republic of China (Taiwan), which remains valid on the event date. An accompanying ticket may only be purchased if the Disability Identification Card indicates eligibility for an accompanying person. Each Disability Identification Card is eligible for a maximum of one Accessibility Ticket and one accompanying ticket per event day, provided that the relevant accompanying-person eligibility is indicated on the card. Upon entry, the original Disability Identification Card must be presented, and the accompanying person must enter together with the person with a disability. If the requirements are not met or the attendee is not the holder of a valid Disability Identification Card, admission may be refused and no refund or ticket exchange will be provided.
  22. The event will comply with the maximum venue capacity limits and applicable crowd-control regulations.
  23. Please carefully read all event regulations and important information before purchasing tickets. Completion of the ticket purchase transaction constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated above.

📩 Refund Policy

  1. In accordance with Item 6, “Ticket Refund and Exchange Mechanism,” of the “Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions of Standard Contracts for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets” established by the Ministry of Culture, there are four ticket refund and exchange options. This program adopts Refund Policy Option 1, as described below. Refunds for this event will be handled by the organizer.
  2. For refund requests submitted within the applicable refund period, a handling fee of 10% of the ticket face value per ticket will be charged. Service fees, bank transfer fees, ticket collection fees, and return postage are not part of the ticket price and are therefore non-refundable.
  3. Tickets cannot be refunded within 10 days before the performance. The refund or exchange handling fee is capped at 10% of the ticket face value. However, if a consumer purchased the ticket before the applicable refund deadline but receives the ticket after the deadline, or has not received the ticket before the performance begins, the consumer may still request a refund.
  4. If the reason for requesting a refund or exchange is not attributable to the consumer, no refund handling fee will be charged.
