a moving stage where you explore presence, image, and raw expression.
Where every gesture matters.
Where your body becomes the storyteller.
Where you meet yourself through spontaneity, play, and embodiment.

What we’ll explore:
• improvisation as an honest response and conscious choice
• body language - a way to speak without words
• the actor’s body, archetypes, emotional states
• contact, pause, awareness, tension
• voice, image, movement
• moment-to-moment composition - solo, duet, group
• a stage without script - only you and the dance

What you’ll receive:
• freedom to be different - soft, strong, strange
• deep connection to body and feeling
• awakening your sensual, alive, honest self
• release from control - into pleasure and flow
• expanded creative range
