In this session, we’ll explore how your hormones shift throughout the cycle and how food, rhythm, and lifestyle can support balance, energy, mood, and clarity.

Theme: Transition, Balance, and Renewal Goal: Empower women to understand the natural hormonal transitions of perimenopause and menopause, recognise the physical and emotional changes that occur, and discover how food and lifestyle can support balance and vitality, during this new phase of life
Key Focus Points: Hormonal Transitions - Understanding perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. The key hormonal shifts (oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and their effects on mood, metabolism, and sleep. Nourishing Balance - Nutrition essentials for symptom support and hormonal stability. The role of blood-sugar balance and adrenal support during this phase. Lifestyle for Longevity & Renewal - Managing stress, supporting rest, and regulating the nervous system.
Essential Nutrients & Food Examples: Phytoestrogen-rich foods: tempeh, tofu, flaxseeds, sesame, oats. Adrenal support: nuts, seeds, leafy greens, cacao.
