Through intelligent sequencing, Iyengar-inspired alignment, and supportive use of props, we will prepare the hips, hamstrings, and heart to approach this iconic asana with both strength and surrender. Whether you are beginning your journey or refining your expression, youâll learn how to practice safely and effectively, avoiding common mistakes that often lead to strain or injury.
