Terms & Conditions

• Attendees must be 20 years or older and present valid government-issued ID upon entry.
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation, postponement, force majeure, government directives, or national mourning.
• The club may refuse entry or remove anyone violating event rules or behaving disorderly.
• The event will proceed regardless of weather; weather-related refunds will not be issued.
• Entry may be denied if a ticket is damaged, altered, or obtained from an unauthorized source.
• Tickets must be exchanged at the gate for a wristband, worn at all times; lost or tampered wristbands require repurchasing a new ticket.
• By attending, you grant permission for photos, videos, and recordings to be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
• The club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Processing and service fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, only the ticket price (excluding fees) will be refunded. Postponement refunds at the club’s discretion.
