Terms & Conditions:
1. This voucher is valid from the date of purchase until November 30, 2025. Please ensure it is used within the specified validity period.
2. Please present e-voucher(s) to the staff upon arrival to redeem your benefits.
3. Advanced reservations of at least 1-2 days are required to ensure availability. Please contact at 082-491-4662 or LINE @ess.wellness 
4. This e-voucher is non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-combinable with any other promotions, discounts and packages.
5. The voucher price is included VAT and Service Charge, and no additional service fees will be applied.
6. Vouchers that have been redeemed or scanned are no longer valid for future use.
7. Please arrive at our Wellness for 10–15 minutes prior to the appointment in order to check in and have a personalized consultation with our specialist before your Therapy.
8.​ To reschedule, please contact us at least 1 day in advance. Oherwise, the full amount of the program will be charged in the event of a no-show without prior notice.

1.Voucher มีอายุการใช้งานนับจากวันที่ซื้อ จนถึง 30 พ.ย. 2568 (กรุณานำมาใช้งานภายในเวลาที่กำหนด)
2.กรุณาแสดงคูปองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-voucher) แก่พนักงานเมื่อเดินทางมาถึงเพื่อรับสิทธิประโยชน์
3.กรุณาสำรองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1-2 วัน เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์และจองวันเข้าทำทรีทเมนท์ และหัตถการ กรุณาติดต่อที่ 082-491-4662

4.คูปองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์นี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน ทอนเป็นเงินสด และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด และแพ็กเกจอื่นๆได้
5.ราคาที่ระบุใน Voucher นั้นได้รวม VAT และ Service Charge เรียบร้อยแล้วจะไม่มีการเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
6.Voucher ที่มีการใช้งานหรือถูกสแกนแล้ว จะไม่สามารถนำมาใช้งานซ้ำได้อีกต่อไป
7.กรุณามาก่อนเวลาประมาณ 10-15 นาที เพื่อเตรียมตัวเช็คอิน และรับคำปรึกษากับผู้เชี่ยวชาญก่อนการทำโปรแกรม 
8.หากท่านไม่สามารถเข้ารับบริการได้ตามที่นัดหมายไว้ กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน กรณีการ No Show โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
