EMBODIED BREATHWORK WITH CCB

Embodied Breathwork is a guided journey of self-exploration using Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB).

In everyday life, it is easy to become absorbed in thinking, planning, doing and responding—often without noticing what is happening within us. This session offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your breath and return your awareness to your body.

Through a continuous, connected breathing pattern, you will be invited to explore your inner landscape with curiosity and without judgment. Your experience may include physical sensations, emotions, memories, personal insights or a sense of clarity. You may encounter sadness, frustration or tension—or joy, gratitude, pleasure and aliveness. Sometimes, the experience is simply one of stillness: a quiet moment of being present with yourself exactly as you are.

Many of us learn to suppress difficult emotions, but in doing so, we may also disconnect from our capacity to experience connection, pleasure and genuine happiness. This practice creates space to safely notice, feel and reconnect with what is present.

The session is designed to support emotional processing, self-awareness and a deeper relationship with yourself. By practising presence with your breath, body and experience, you may discover a greater sense of clarity, resilience and inner connection.

At its heart, this journey is an invitation to remember what truly matters: your relationship with yourself, your breath and your capacity to be fully present with your life.

No previous breathwork experience is required. There is no right or wrong way to experience the session—simply come as you are.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

My name is Rena. I was born and raised in Bandung, West Java, where creativity lives in the air through music, art and community.

For a long time, I was surviving more than I was living. I dimmed my light and spent years trying to fit into expectations that were never truly mine.

For me, breathwork is one of the most underrated and accessible tools available to us. Every person already has access to their breath. Through it, we can create space to listen, feel, reflect and reconnect with ourselves.

Growing up in Indonesia shaped the way I hold space today—with warmth, openness and a deep belief that healing does not have to happen alone.

My intention is not to fix or transform anyone. It is to create a supportive space where people can reconnect with themselves and find the courage to explore what they truly need.

WHAT TO BRING

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to breathe freely. You will be lying down for most of the session.

We recommend bringing:

• A water bottle
• A journal and pen for reflection and integration
• An open mind and a willingness to explore with curiosity

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
