Embodied Breathwork
Embodied Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice of conscious connected breathing through the nose, guided by the natural rhythm of the body: a soft, effortless breath in, followed by an easy, unforced release.
In this style of Breathwork we encourage ease, where there’s no pushing, forcing or striving. Instead, you are invited to become deeply curious about what is already here, to feel the movement of your breath, listen to the language of your body and allow yourself to soften into the experience.
This practice of Breathwork can open a doorway into the deeper layers of your inner world. You may encounter sensations, emotions, memories, insights or simply a greater sense of presence, ease and aliveness. The practice invites you to let the body move at its own pace, allowing whatever is ready to move, shift or be felt.
Embodied Breathwork is a gentle pathway into profound states of awareness. Over time, you develop an embodied relationship with your breath that becomes a lifelong resource, a way to return to yourself, regulate your nervous system, listen inwardly and meet life with greater presence and trust.
At its heart, Embodied Breathwork is an invitation to breathe, feel and listen.
Not recommended if you have epilepsy, bipolar, schizophrenia, a heart condition, vertigo, or if you’re pregnant.
