TERMS & CONDITIONS
- International Headliners: Your ticket(s) will be delivered via email closer to the event.
- The purchaser must present a valid government-issued photo ID when exchanging for a wristband. Proxy collection is not permitted.
- Wristband exchange is permitted only once. If multiple tickets are being exchanged, both the purchaser and all attendees using those tickets must be present at the ticket booth with valid photo IDs for verification.
- Tickets or wristbands cannot be held for attendees arriving late.
- The attendee is solely responsible for any lost wristbands. The organizer, promoter, and partners assume no responsibility for lost wristbands. Please keep your wristband secure at all times.
- Tickets are non-refundable on the day of the event.
