Grounding for Earth day 🌎 Through Climate Care 🌱
: reflective talk + immersive sound to soothe the nervous system💫

Begin with a creative mandala-making session from nature 🍃🍂🪨🌱 and an oracle card reading to tap into intuitive wisdom, learn ways to work with climate anxiety by a compassionate conversation. A key part of our gathering will be a discussion on climate anxiety, delving into its psychological effects and offering practical ways to cope. 

Then relax into 30 minutes of immersive sound healing to reconnect you with the Earth's natural rhythms. For restoration to center and replenish you as you are one of the organism of our earth 🌏 

This workshop is an invitation to cultivate inner peace amidst global environmental challenges. By understanding and addressing the psychological impact of climate anxiety, we can foster resilience and a renewed sense of hope.
