2. Full payment is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
3. Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to the intended celebration date.
4. The birthday package is exclusively available at AVA Brasserie.
5. All package benefits, inclusions, and arrangements are subject to the details confirmed at the time of booking.
6.Any changes to the reservation, including the date, time, or number of guests, must be communicated to the hotel in advance and are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
7.The birthday celebrant must be physically present at AVA Brasserie on the date of celebration to enjoy the birthday package benefits.
8. Special Cake Benefit: For group bookings of 8 guests or more, the party will receive a complimentary 1-pound birthday cake. Guests can choose between a Strawberry Cake or a Vanilla Cake.
9. The birthday celebrant must present their original Thai National ID card or another valid official identification document to verify their date of birth. Copies or photographs of identification documents may not be accepted.
10. Failure to present valid identification for birthday verification may result in the birthday package benefits being declined.
11. Cancellations and refund requests are subject to the hotel’s cancellation and refund policy.
12. The birthday package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
13. The birthday package cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges, or special offers unless otherwise specified by the hotel.

5. สิทธิประโยชน์ รายการอาหาร และรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ของแพ็กเกจ ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและรายละเอียดที่ได้รับการยืนยัน ณ วันที่ทำการจอง
6. หากต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดการจอง เช่น วัน เวลา หรือจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม กรุณาแจ้งให้ทางโรงแรมทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมในการให้บริการและการยืนยันจากทางโรงแรม

8. สิทธิพิเศษสำหรับเค้กวันเกิด: สำหรับการจองแบบกลุ่มตั้งแต่ 8 ท่านขึ้นไป รับฟรีเค้กวันเกิดขนาด 1 ปอนด์ จำนวน 1 ก้อน โดยสามารถเลือกได้ระหว่างเค้กรสสตรอว์เบอร์รี หรือเค้กรสวานิลลา
9. ผู้เข้าร่วมฉลองวันเกิดจะต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนฉบับจริง หรือเอกสารราชการอื่น ๆ ที่สามารถใช้ยืนยันตัวตนและวันเดือนปีเกิดได้ ทั้งนี้ ทางโรงแรมอาจไม่รับพิจารณาสำเนาหรือภาพถ่ายของเอกสารดังกล่าว
