A four day wellness journey at The Istana, unfolding from April 14–19 as part of Day Zero Week. Bringing together a curated programme that invites a deeper exploration of connection, culture, and wellbeing.

On Sunday, April 19, the experience arrives at The Istana as one of the official satellite events of Day Zero Week. 

Set on the cliffs of Uluwatu at the iconic The Istana, the Istana Wellness Series is a convergence of wellness, mysticism, culture, and connection where the spirit of Bali meets the global energy of Day Zero Festival, guided by the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana.

This immersive experience opens with a ceremonial prayer, anchoring the space in reverence and intention, before unfolding into a full-spectrum wellness journey. Guests are invited into a bespoke programme, carefully curated with globally renowned artists and facilitators, offering Bali’s most premium experiences across embodied dance, yoga, somatics, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. Each day is intentionally designed to open the heart, soften the body, and attune the spirit creating the perfect transition into the evenings festivities.

At the heart of the series, we present Day Zero’s sustainability and impact partners, with a dedicated panel exploring the festival’s commitment to environmental stewardship, circular systems, and meaningful contribution to the island of Bali. This conversation offers a deeper look into what it truly means to create a festival that is not only immersive, but regenerative by design.

Throughout the day, guests will have full access to The Istana’s world-class wellness facilities, creating space for restoration, connection, and integration set against the breathtaking backdrop of Uluwatu’s ocean cliffs. As the sun begins to set, each day will close with a special sunset experience an invitation to gather, reflect, and anchor the energy of the day before the night unfolds.

The Day Zero Wellness Series is a living expression of embodiment, where community, culture, and consciousness meet.
