* Afternoon Visit: 03:30 PM /04:OO PM

* Please note: We hold the table for 30 minutes from the reserved time.

Reservation Requirements

* Booking is required at least 3 days before arrival.

Age Restriction

* Pool access is strictly limited to guests aged 18 and above.

Pet Policy

* Pets are not allowed within the Cretya Ubud premises.

Cancellations & Refunds

* All reservations are non-refundable.

* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties or restrictions.

Special Event Policy

* Package rates are not applicable during special events held at Cretya Ubud.
