This evening brings together three practices that each work in the same direction. They open. They slow you down. They bring you home to yourself. Together they create something more than the sum of their parts.

We begin with ceremonial cacao. Locally sourced in Bali and shared in a quiet, intentional space, this traditional plant medicine is known to support emotional clarity and heart openness. It creates the conditions for everything that follows.

From there, Chris Walker guides the group through authentic relating. These are simple, structured practices that cultivate genuine presence and real human contact. Not therapy. Not performance. A set of relational tools that invite you to listen more deeply, speak more honestly, and connect more authentically. Whether you come alone or with someone you know, these practices meet you where you are.

As the collective energy begins to settle, we transition into sound healing. The sound bath closes the evening from the outside in, using vibration and resonance to help the body integrate what has been opened emotionally and relationally. You are invited to lie down, close your eyes, and simply receive.

The arc of the evening moves from opening to connecting to integrating. Each stage builds on the last. By the close, most people feel a quality of presence and ease that is rare in everyday life.

You do not need prior experience with cacao, authentic relating, or sound healing to attend. You need only to be willing to show up without an agenda.

What to bring: a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on for the sound bath, a blanket if you tend to get cold, and comfortable clothes.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Chris Walker is an international yoga teacher, coach, and speaker based at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali. A former engineer and tech sales leader, he left the corporate world in 2017 to dedicate his life to yoga. With over 3,000 classes taught and 60,000 students worldwide, he is Senior Faculty at The Yoga Barn and Faculty at Inner Dimension Yoga alongside Travis Eliot. Rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya with studies under Janet Stone, Bernie Clark, and Mark Whitwell, Chris teaches from lived experience rather than external form. His philosophy is simple: walk your way.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
