Cacao has been shared for centuries in mindful ceremonies as a way to encourage presence, reflection, gratitude, and heart-centered connection. Together with guided meditation, sound healing, and restorative red light, this experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.

The session begins by gathering together to enjoy a warm cup of ceremonial cacao while being gently guided into meditation and intention setting. As you sip the cacao, the room glows in soothing red light, creating a safe, nurturing atmosphere that encourages the nervous system to soften and relax.

You will then lie down comfortably beneath the gentle warmth of red light therapy while immersive healing sounds surround you. The combination of red light and sound creates a deeply calming environment that helps quiet the mind, release physical tension, and invite profound rest.

The entire room glows in warm red tones, creating a womb-like atmosphere that signals comfort and safety to the nervous system. The eyes soften. The breath slows. The heart begins to open. The body gradually settles into deep relaxation.

Please ARRIVE at least 10 minutes before the session begins. If you arrive late, the ceremony may have already started, and the studio door may be locked to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.

Parking is available at EZPark Thonglor, just a 200-meter walk from Lucca. Please enjoy 3 hours of complimentary parking with validation from our café & restaurant downstairs.
