This open‑air evening blends the warmth of Italian family‑style dining with the vibrant flavours of Lombok’s land and sea, brought to life through Chef Silvano’s four decades of global culinary mastery and Chef Radithia’s deep connection to local ingredients.

Guests will enjoy a three‑course shared Italian menu crafted with Lombok’s freshest produce, designed to evoke the spirit of long summer evenings in Italy — generous, spirited, and full of flavour. A welcome glass of wine sets the tone for the night, complemented by live entertainment that enhances the relaxed, coastal atmosphere.
