Following our Amapiano Yoga Flow, from 12:12 PM to 1:12 PM, we will transition into a rejuvenation relaxation session where you have access to the cold plunge, infinity pool and showers so bring your swimwear! This dedicated time will focus on recovery and soothing sore muscles.

This is a great opportunity to network with other like-minded health and wellness individuals and meet the community.

All ages and yoga levels welcome!! Zero-intimidation atmosphere.
