A Day of Self-Love & Renewal Experience
14 February 2026 | Swasti Eco Cottages
A Women’s only one-day retreat dedicated to self-love, rest, and renewal
Is Valentine’s Day really a day to celebrate love?
Maybe you choose to celebrate it with your partner.
With family.
With friends.
And that is beautiful.
Romance, connection, and relationship all have their place.
And perhaps this year, alongside celebrating love with others, you feel a quiet calling to include yourself too.
Throughout the year, many of us give so much love—to our work, our relationships, and the people around us. We care, support, and show up, often without pause.
This Valentine’s Day, we invite a different moment.
A moment to stop and gently ask, How am I?
What would it feel like to turn some of that love inward? To rest, to listen, and to reconnect with yourself—while being held in the presence of other women.
A shared space to soften, breathe, and remember ourselves—side by side.
This is not about changing who we are. It’s about meeting ourselves with kindness and compassion.
This retreat is not about choosing between romance and self-love.
It is about including yourself in the love you already give.
What We Will Share Together
Throughout the day, we are gently guided through practices designed to support the nervous system, the body, and the heart:
-
Mindful, slow movement to reconnect with the body
-
Yoga Nidra and restorative practices for deep rest
-
Women’s sharing circles held with care, safety, and respect
-
Nervous system reset technique and self-massage
-
Self-journal, cacao, and sound bath
Through mindful movement, meaningful connection, and intentional rest, this one- day retreat invites you to release expectations, embrace self-compassion, and leave feeling deeply loved—by yourself and by the women around you.
Everything is offered with presence, sensitivity, and respect for each woman’s pace and boundaries.
