We are honored to welcome Sayu, the official spokesperson of Slow Food Bali, and Chef Made Masak for a special day of cultural exchange, food heritage, and hands-on learning—rooted in the global Slow Food Movement.
Together, we’ll explore the vital connection between soil, seed, and soul—bridging the culinary and agricultural wisdom of Bali and Lombok, while honoring the indigenous knowledge of the Sasak community.
MEET MADE MASAK
An Indonesian chef, nomadic culinary artist, and forager, Made Masak is known for her deep passion for food forests and ancestral foodways. Her work centers on reconnecting people with nature and honoring Mother Earth as our greatest teacher.From guiding foraging tours and giving talks on ancestral plant knowledge, to hosting food forest dinners and training chefs on native plants, Made’s journey is a powerful reminder that we are nature too.
