Guided by shadow-work facilitator Norma Cohn, this evening blends the warmth of shared food with the depth of conscious connection. Through short guided conversations, reflection prompts, and laughter, you’ll explore the parts of yourself that rarely get seen — and discover what true resonance feels like.

What to Expect

• Guided connection rounds — meet many people through curated, heartfelt questions that open real conversation.

• Authentic communication exercises — learn to listen and speak from truth rather than habit.

• Beautiful plant-based dinner crafted by Samyama Eatery, themed around Shadow & Light.

• Mocktails & cacao ritual to ground, open, and integrate.

• A safe, welcoming environment for singles, couples, and friends alike — this is not a traditional dating event.
   

 Evening Flow

6:30 – 7:00 pm | Arrival, small bites & welcome mocktails
7:00 – 8:00 pm | Guided shadow-connection rounds
8:30 – 9:30 pm | Conscious dinner & reflection
9:00 –10:00 pm | Dessert , Cacao and closing ritual
