◆ Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability.
◆ The order number must be presented upon redemption at the restaurant.
◆ All tickets per purchase order must be redeemed within 30 April 2026 and cannot be claimed separately.
◆ In case of no show, the order is considered to have been redeemed and the full amount will be charged
◆ All offers are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.

◆ ต้องแสดงหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อเมื่อใช้สิทธิ์ที่ร้านอาหาร
◆ บัตรทั้งหมดในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกันต้องใช้สิทธิ์ภายในวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2569 และไม่สามารถแยกใช้สิทธิ์เป็นครั้งๆ ได้
◆ ในกรณีที่ไม่มาใช้บริการตามที่จอง ถือว่าการใช้สิทธิ์เสร็จสมบูรณ์ และจะถูกเรียกเก็บเต็มจำนวน
◆ ข้อเสนอทั้งหมดไม่สามารถขอคืนเงิน และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นหรือข้อเสนออื่นๆ ได้
◆ ร้านอาหารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดข้อเสนอโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
◆ ในกรณีที่เกิดข้อพิพาท ร้านอาหารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตีความตามที่กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอนุญาต

 

หากลูกค้าต้องการให้ออกใบกำกับภาษี ต้องแจ้งภายในวันที่ชำระเงิน เมื่อจอง ผ่านทาง Megatixเท่านั้น   โดยแจ้งรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้ บุคคลธรรมดา

1. เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี (เลขบัตรประชาชน) 2. ที่อยู่สำหรับออกใบกำกับภาษี  3. ชื่อนามสกุล และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์  4. อีเมล.    นิติบุคคน 1. เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี  2. ชื่อบริษัท ระบุสาขา เช่น สาขาสำนักงานใหญ่ 3. ที่อยู่สำหรับออกใบกำกับภาษี และเบอร์โทร 4. อีเมล. ทาง Blue by AlainDucasse จะออกใบกำกับภาษี เก็บใบกำกับภาษีให้ภายในวันที่ลูกค้าจ่ายเงินผ่าน Megatix เท่านั้น โดยทาง Megatix จะต้องแจ้งให้ทาง Blue ทราบภายในวันที่ลูกค้าจ่ายเงินเช่นเดียวกัน และจะเก็บใบกำกับภาษีที่ออกไว้มอบให้ลูกค้าในวันที่มาใช้บริการ กรุณาแจ้งพนักงาน ***หากลูกค้าไม่ได้แจ้งผ่านระบบมาในวันที่ชำระเงิน ทาง Blue by Alian Ducasse ขอสงวนสิทธ์ไม่ออกใบกำกับภาษีให้ในทุก ๆ กรณี.

 

Tax Invoice Policy  To request a tax invoice, customers must provide complete details on the date of payment and only for bookings made via Megatix. For individuals:    

 1.    Tax ID (ID card number)    

 2.    Address    

 3.    Full name & phone number    

 4.    Email For companies:   

 6    Tax ID    

 7.    Company name & branch    

 8.    Address & phone number  

Blue by Alain Ducasse will issue and keep the tax invoice only if informed on the payment date. The invoice will be given to the customer on the day of service. If tax details are not submitted on the payment date, Blue reserves the right not to issue the invoice.
