• All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
• The event takes place on Tuesday, February 03, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the ticket, including late arrival, early departure, removal by organiser or venue staff, or non-attendance.
• Entry is subject to security and venue checks. Guests may be refused entry or asked to leave if they do not comply with event rules or venue policies.
• Outside food and beverages, large bags, and flowers are not permitted inside the venue.
• Seating areas are subject to availability and may be arranged or adjusted at the organiser’s discretion.
• Complimentary canapés and beverages are offered while available, before and after the main show.
• This event will be filmed, livestreamed, and photographed. By attending, guests consent to the use of images or recordings for marketing and promotional purposes.
• The organiser is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel any part of the event and update these terms and conditions if required.
