💳 Fixed Installments – Easy Steps Payment

• Select “Credit/Debit Card (Installment Plan)” at checkout
• Your payment will be split into 3 equal installments
• After first payment, your ticket is confirmed
• Remaining 2 payments will be auto-charged as scheduled
• Tickets will be emailed after all 3 payments are completed
• Incomplete payment will result in cancellation without refund
   

💳 Laybuy – Book Now, Pay Later
 

• Select “Credit/Debit Card (Laybuy)” at checkout
• Pay just THB 600 now to reserve your ticket
• Pay the remaining balance anytime before 15 November 2025
• If unpaid by deadline, system will auto-charge the remaining balance
• Failure to pay in full will result in cancellation without refund

💳 ผ่อนชำระแบบแบ่งงวด (Fixed Installments)

• เลือก “บัตรเครดิตหรือเดบิต (ผ่อนชำระแบบแบ่งงวด)”
• ระบบจะแบ่งยอดชำระเป็น 3 งวดเท่า ๆ กัน
• เมื่อชำระงวดแรก ตั๋วของคุณจะถูกล็อกไว้
• งวดที่เหลือจะถูกตัดอัตโนมัติตามกำหนด
• เมื่อชำระครบ ตั๋วจะถูกส่งไปยังอีเมล
• หากไม่ชำระครบตามกำหนด จะถูกยกเลิกสิทธิ์โดยไม่คืนเงิน
   

💳 ระบบชำระอิสระ (Laybuy)
 

• เลือก “บัตรเครดิตหรือเดบิต (ระบบชำระอิสระ)”
• ชำระเพียง 600 บาท ล่วงหน้าเพื่อจองตั๋ว
• ส่วนที่เหลือสามารถชำระเมื่อไรก็ได้จนถึง 15 พฤศจิกายน 2568
• หากไม่ชำระครบตามกำหนด ระบบจะตัดเงินอัตโนมัติ
• หากไม่ชำระครบ จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์และไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้

📜 Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before attending the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms.

• Attendees must be 20+ and present a valid government-issued ID.
• All purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation, postponement, force majeure, government order, or national mourning.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating rules or deemed disorderly, illegal, or offensive.
• No alcohol or illicit drugs may be brought into the Festival. Violators will be ejected, tickets forfeited, and in the case of drugs, referred to the police with a permanent ban.
• Forgery or misuse of identification documents is a criminal offense and will result in referral to police and a permanent festival ban.
• The event will go on rain or shine. No refunds due to weather.
• Line-up and timetable are subject to change without notice.
• Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, tampered, or purchased outside authorized channels.
• Tickets must be redeemed once at the gate for a wristband, which must be worn at all times. Lost/tampered wristbands are invalid and replacement requires purchase of a new ticket.
• You consent to photography, filming, and recordings at the event for future marketing and promotional purposes.
• The organizer is not responsible for personal loss, theft, or damage to property.
• All sales are final. Processing/service fees are non-refundable in all cases.
• In cancellations, only ticket value (excluding fees) is refundable. For postponements, refund policy is at organizer’s discretion.

📜 ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

• ผู้เข้าร่วมงานต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป และต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือเอกสารราชการที่ทางการออกให้
• บัตรทุกใบไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ ยกเว้นกรณีอีเวนท์ถูกยกเลิกหรือเลื่อน รวมถึงกรณีเหตุสุดวิสัย คำสั่งหรือการขอความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานรัฐ หรือการไว้ทุกข์ระดับชาติ
• ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธหรือเชิญออก หากผู้เข้าร่วมฝ่าฝืนกฎ ก่อความไม่สงบ หรือมีพฤติกรรมผิดกฎหมาย
• ห้ามนำเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์หรือยาเสพติดเข้าภายในงาน หากพบจะถูกเชิญออกและบัตรเป็นโมฆะ หากพบยาเสพติดจะถูกส่งให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและถูกแบนถาวร
• การปลอมแปลงหรือสวมสิทธิ์บัตรประชาชนผู้อื่นถือเป็นความผิดอาญาและจะถูกดำเนินคดี พร้อมแบนถาวร
• งานจะจัดขึ้นไม่ว่าฝนตกหรือแดดออก ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้หากไม่เข้าร่วมเพราะสภาพอากาศ
• รายชื่อศิลปินและตารางการแสดงอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
• บัตรชำรุด ปรับเปลี่ยน หรือไม่ได้ซื้อจากช่องทางที่ได้รับอนุญาต จะไม่สามารถเข้างานได้
• บัตร 1 ใบ แลกสายรัดข้อมือได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ต้องใส่สายรัดตลอดเวลา หากสายรัดเสียหายหรือถูกถอด จะไม่สามารถใช้ได้อีก และต้องซื้อบัตรใหม่เพื่อเข้างาน
• ผู้เข้าร่วมงานถือว่ายินยอมให้ถ่ายรูป วิดีโอ และบันทึกเสียง เพื่อใช้ในการโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ในอนาคต
• ผู้จัดงานไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความสูญเสียหรือความเสียหายของทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคล
• การซื้อบัตรถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ไม่สามารถขอคืนค่าธรรมเนียมหรือค่าดำเนินการได้
• กรณีงานถูกยกเลิก จะคืนเฉพาะราคาบัตร (ไม่รวมค่าธรรมเนียม) หากงานถูกเลื่อน การคืนเงินขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของผู้จัดงาน
