• Attendees must be 20+ and present a valid government-issued ID.
• All purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation, postponement, force majeure, government order, or national mourning.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating rules or deemed disorderly, illegal, or offensive.
• No alcohol or illicit drugs may be brought into the Festival. Violators will be ejected, tickets forfeited, and in the case of drugs, referred to the police with a permanent ban.
• Forgery or misuse of identification documents is a criminal offense and will result in referral to police and a permanent festival ban.
• The event will go on rain or shine. No refunds due to weather.
• Line-up and timetable are subject to change without notice.
• Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, tampered, or purchased outside authorized channels.
• Tickets must be redeemed once at the gate for a wristband, which must be worn at all times. Lost/tampered wristbands are invalid and replacement requires purchase of a new ticket.
• You consent to photography, filming, and recordings at the event for future marketing and promotional purposes.
• The organizer is not responsible for personal loss, theft, or damage to property.
• All sales are final. Processing/service fees are non-refundable in all cases.
• In cancellations, only ticket value (excluding fees) is refundable. For postponements, refund policy is at organizer’s discretion.
